These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the apkzd platform. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any wagers. By using apkzd, you confirm that you accept these terms in full.
The six most important principles governing your apkzd account and activity
apkzd is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above. Registration, deposits, and participation in any real-money game or betting market on apkzd is prohibited for persons under 21.
Each individual may hold only one registered apkzd account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts with potential forfeiture of balances.

2.4 One Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on apkzd. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. apkzd reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a single individual and forfeit any balances held therein upon discovery of duplicate account activity.
2.5 Account Non-Transferability. Your apkzd account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any third party. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account.
3.1 Security of Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your apkzd login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
3.2 Notification of Unauthorised Access. You must notify apkzd immediately via live chat or at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account, or any loss, theft, or compromise of your login credentials.
3.3 Account Accuracy. You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information held on your apkzd account remains accurate and up to date. Any changes to your name, address, contact number, or banking details must be communicated to apkzd promptly and supported by appropriate documentation.
3.4 Liability for Account Activity. All activity conducted through your apkzd account — including bets placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — is your responsibility. apkzd shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
3.5 KYC Verification. apkzd applies identity verification procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. You agree to provide such documentation as apkzd may reasonably request, including a copy of your CNIC (front and back), proof of address, and proof of payment method, within the timeframe specified by apkzd upon request.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods. apkzd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Supported methods may be updated from time to time at apkzd's discretion.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. Minimum deposit amounts are as specified on the apkzd deposit page at the time of transaction. apkzd reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are generally credited to your apkzd account in real time. Deposits via bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank) may take up to one business day to reflect, subject to banking processing times.
4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available to verified account holders only. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal request can be processed. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible.
4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. apkzd aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Actual receipt times depend on the payment method selected and your bank or mobile wallet provider's processing schedule. apkzd shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
4.6 Source of Funds. By depositing funds on apkzd, you confirm that the funds are legitimately yours and are not derived from any unlawful activity. apkzd reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation where deposits are deemed to require additional scrutiny.
4.7 No Third-Party Payments. Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. apkzd will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any such deposit identified may be returned and the relevant account suspended pending investigation.
5.1 Bonus Terms Apply. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by apkzd are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds credited to your apkzd account must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
5.3 Eligible Games. Not all games on apkzd contribute equally to the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Game contribution rates — for example, the percentage by which stakes on slots, live casino tables, or sports betting markets count toward wagering turnover — will be specified per promotion.
5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe specified in each offer. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from the account without compensation.
5.5 Abuse of Promotions. apkzd reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus — and to close the associated account — where it reasonably believes that a player has registered or wagered in a manner designed to abuse, exploit, or circumvent the intended conditions of a promotion. This includes, but is not limited to, low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting, or coordinated bonus-hunting using multiple accounts.
5.6 One Bonus Per Household. Unless otherwise specified, promotional offers are limited to one per household, shared IP address, device, or family unit.
6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on apkzd are subject to acceptance by apkzd at its sole discretion. Confirmation of a bet constitutes a binding agreement between the player and apkzd at the odds or game parameters displayed at the time of placement.
6.2 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or incorrect odds display, apkzd reserves the right to void affected bets. Where a malfunction affects a live casino game session, the hand or round in question will be voided and stakes returned. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies across all apkzd game types.
6.3 Cricket and Sports Betting. Sports betting markets — including PSL and international cricket markets — are governed by apkzd's sportsbook rules applicable to each sport and market type. These rules cover event postponements, abandonments, dead heats, and rule 4 deductions, and are available from the sportsbook section of the Platform.
6.4 Live In-Play Betting. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to brief processing delays. Bets placed during this delay period may be void if the match situation changes materially before the bet is confirmed. apkzd's decision regarding the validity of in-play bets is final.
6.5 Maximum Winnings. apkzd applies maximum payout limits per bet, per game, and per day as specified in the relevant game or market rules. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum for any single bet or session will be capped at the stated limit.

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on apkzd and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

9.3 You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any content on the apkzd Platform without prior written authorisation from apkzd. Unauthorised use of apkzd intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability.
10.1 No Guarantee of Winnings. apkzd is an entertainment platform. Gambling involves inherent financial risk and apkzd makes no guarantee, representation, or warranty that use of the Platform will result in profit. All players accept that they may lose some or all funds deposited.
10.2 Platform Availability. apkzd makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. apkzd shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from planned or unplanned Platform downtime, maintenance windows, or service interruptions caused by factors outside apkzd's reasonable control.
10.3 Indirect Losses. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, apkzd's liability to any player shall be limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time the relevant claim arises. apkzd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive losses, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage.
10.4 Force Majeure. apkzd shall not be in breach of these Terms or otherwise liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond apkzd's reasonable control, including acts of God, government action, civil unrest, internet outages, or actions of third-party service providers.
11.1 apkzd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account — with or without prior notice — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
11.2 Where an account is suspended pending investigation, apkzd will communicate the reason for suspension to the affected player via the registered email address within a reasonable timeframe. Players may respond to such communications to provide clarification or supporting documentation.
11.3 Upon account termination for cause, apkzd reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of its internal investigation. Where fraud or a material breach is confirmed, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full.
11.4 Players who wish to voluntarily close their apkzd account may do so at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Any remaining verified balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method following completion of applicable verification checks.
12.1 apkzd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, apkzd will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
12.2 The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
12.3 If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact apkzd to close your account before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with applicable law. apkzd operates the Platform in compliance with applicable regulations governing online gaming and financial services in the territories it serves.
13.2 Any dispute between you and apkzd that cannot be resolved through apkzd's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. apkzd's decision on all matters relating to the Platform, game outcomes, and account activity shall be final, subject only to any mandatory rights you may hold under applicable consumer protection legislation.
14.1 Internal Complaints Procedure.
